The deficit could not cut since they were able to create a halt because the Texans converted to seal the win and punted back into the Texans.
The Chiefs are next in action on Thursday Night Football since they move on the road. They then host the Green Bay Packers in Week Eight.
The Texans traveling to confront AFC South rivals Indianapolis Colts in Week 2 in Week Eight before a home match against the Oakland Raiders.
