The injury bug bit on the UFC in the butt today as Rory MacDonald is because of a neck injury. In the spot measures of MacDonald Johny Hendricks, and he will fight with Condit from the brand new three-round co-main event of the day. The information was originally reported by MMAjunkie.com’s John Morgan. With the switcheroo — which is very disappointing to all viewing as though Condit vs. MacDonald was an early favorite to win”Fight of the Night” — Jake Ellenberger, that had been set to fight Hendricks, is abandoned without an opponent, although it’s rumored Tyron Woodley may choose the fight on short notice. Expect the MMA odds for Hendricks vs. Condit to be very aggressive, though Hendricks will likely be a tiny favorite due to his wrestling edge. Jansen vs. Held Postponed Again An accident to Marcin Held has again forced the postponement of his Bellator Season 7 Lightweight Tournament Final against Dave Jansen for the second time, according to a report from MMAjunkie.com. The lightweights were set to meet at Bellator 84 however, the Athletic Commission would not allow to go into the casino and the struggle was embarrassingly scratched. Now the rain date, which was set to take place in the Bellator 92 occasion, was rearranged too, and the two will meet at Bellator 93.
